The Book Club is specially for the ambitious, the curious and the fast-growing. Where leaders come to learn.

Our next Book Club will feature How Leaders learn to Boost Creativity in Teams : Innovation Catalysts, by Rob Sheffield. Rob will be joining us at 4pm at The Kensington Arms, Stanley Road, Bristol BS6 6NP for tea and cake, and to discuss how he has integrated insights from the domains of psychology, creativity, leadership and power, into a framework for leading innovation.

Built around a core model of strategically aligning, building capability, creating a supportive climate and encouraging diversity, Rob presents a valuable set of tools for unlocking creativity, and concludes that creativity can be learnt.

100% of our attendees would recommend The Book Club to people they know, saying:

“Loved it! Intimate, open – I deepened my learning”

“Great event and especially interesting subject”

Invitations and full details will be coming soon, but if you would like to join us, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
