What

For our first Book Club of 2020, we will be reading The Eternal Business and welcoming author Chris Budd to 'The Kenny'. Employee ownership is a way of releasing value when you decide to step away from your business that preserves your legacy and passes on control of your business without the need for employees to raise finance. Having recently passed his own business on to his employees, Chris is ideally placed to write and talk about the process, and the experience.
