This niche corporate and commercial law firm was founded in 2003 by two experienced lawyers with a shared belief that there must be a better, more flexible, more collaborative, more truly client-focused way to run a successful firm, for businesses and entrepreneurs. Along with three other partners, they built a successful firm of 12 staff, winning awards and recognition at a local and national level. However, 10+ years in, they needed to review the longer term vision and future for the business, including strategy, leadership and succession planning. There was a clear need to update and unite all expectations for the future of the business (beyond a simple financial target) and build a plan of action for this busy team.
