2022 Christmas Breakfast At Yeo Valley
On the 8th December, hgkc returned to Yeo Valley for the first time since 2019 for their Christmas Breakfast and annual snowball fight.
We enjoyed the lovely food the Yeo Valley Canteen provided, with a menu of:
- Yeo Valley Beef Brisket Bubble & Squeak served with a Crispy Egg
- Smoked Haddock & Sharpham Park Spelt Kedgeree
- Creamed Mushrooms, Squash, Chestnuts & Sage On Grilled Sourdough
With Christmas jumpers and festive spirits, friends, family and clients of hgkc gathered together to celebrate the successes of the last year, discuss opportunities for the future and network with new contacts.
We were also remembering James Short, a beloved member of the hgkc family who passed away earlier this year. We collected donations (in exchange for snowballs!) for Jessie May, who provide care for children with terminal or life limiting conditions. James was a strong supporter of the charity and we raised £175 in his memory. The 5-a-side snowball fight that followed breakfast was the fun activity everyone needed to blow off some steam and people took home some snowballs to recreate the excitement with their families.
