Lifecycle Holdings successfully complete sale of LCT to Enstoa

Congratulations to Lifecycle Holdings CEO Jason Matthews on the completion of the sale of Lifecycle Technology, the division of LCH that provides expert solutions and knowledge of the end-to-end lifecycle of capital projects and programs for critical engineering data and processes, to Enstoa, the leading systems integrator for capital projects worldwide.

After several months of negotiations, a deal was finally reached in November and the sale completed in early December.

Jason said, “This is a great move for our capital projects business and the team, integrating and extending the capabilities with Enstoa to service a growing global client list. I wish the team well and on to a new chapter in the life of the business. Our other lines of business will remain unchanged by this acquisition.”

The deal will enable Jason and his team to focus on three lines of business that provide business efficiency solutions to complex lifecycle processes and operations:

  • DigEplan for electronic document review for the public sector

  • Kritiki, an engineering collaboration solutions for Microsoft SharePoint and

  • AssemblyX for digital manufacturing execution.

We very much look forward to continuing to work with Jason as his strategy unfolds and gains traction. The potential he sees for his remaining lines of business are genuinely substantial, and the pace of growth beginning to pick up.

Exciting times!
